We highly recommend Bittner Bautenschutz. When we discovered black mold in our basement, we were extremely worried and confused. Mr. Bittner came promptly and took plenty of time to find the cause of the damage. It quickly became clear that the basement needed extensive renovation because moisture had penetrated the masonry. We were completely convinced by Bittner Bautenschutz's quote. We've never experienced a company that provides such detailed quotes. Not only were all the materials and work steps listed individually, but they also comprehensively described why each step was necessary and what they would achieve. We are more than satisfied with the work. During the work, Bittner Bautenschutz made every effort to keep as little dirt as possible inside the house. This isn't easy with an open staircase to the basement, but it was handled very well. Mr. Bittner went to great lengths to keep us informed about the individual work steps during the renovation, and we knew at all times what work was being done. Even when further damage to the masonry became apparent, Mr. Bittner immediately informed us transparently and explained the additional work steps. We are more than satisfied with the results of the renovation and would hire Bittner Building Protection again at any time.

We purchased a balcony solar power system from Mr. Bittner. Communication was quick, the offer was easy to understand, and the price was excellent!
